Great location near the mosque, helpful staff, smooth check-in and check-out, good air conditioning, and convenient access to nearby facilities like Bin Dawood.

we had a great experience at Elaf Taiba. the location was excellent and the staff was very good. we didn't try the breakfast, so we can't comment on that. the room service for dinner was fresh, affordable, and of good quality. the hotel maintained its standards and the price was exceptionally good compared to nearby hotels. Our interactions with the staff were always kind and supportive, and they promptly addressed any issues we had. we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel was outstanding, being very close to Haram. Temperature checks are conducted after each prayer for added safety. It was convenient for women as the hotel is just near gate 15/16, allowing easy access to the Haram.
The staff did not proactively clean the room or change towels unless specifically requested, which affected the overall service experience.

I chose Elaf Taiba for its proximity to the Holy Prophet's Mosque, but was pleasantly surprised by the direct access to the Holy Mosque and 24-hour room service. Sultana Street's nearby shops and restaurants added convenience, and I enjoyed a lovely meal at the hotel's restaurant.
Room cleanliness and housekeeping inconsistency.
